I am a Licensed Professional
Counselor and
Holistic Psychotherapist who works with
adults, teens, couples and families in Denver and Boulder,
Colorado.
Since 1990 I have been helping people experience
healing, growth and lasting change in their personal
lives, careers and relationships.
In a safe and
caring environment I work with the whole
person - body, mind and spirit - on a wide
variety of issues and challenges. Because no single
therapy works for everyone and traditional talk
therapy isn't always enough, I use a
holistic
therapeutic approach that
integrates both traditional and
nontraditional therapies.

I use
EMDR
Therapy to rapidly resolve PTSD
(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), as
well as trauma resulting from emotional,
physical and sexual abuse. Used
in conjunction with other interventions,
EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing) significantly reduces anxiety, panic attacks,
grief reactions and depression.
I help
people with relationship issues of all
kinds, mid-life and life purpose concerns, and
those struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder (manic depression),
and grief and loss. In addition, I have extensive experience
with teen therapy,
divorce,
co-parenting and
family therapy.
